Every SoloDads product is digital: a downloadable eBook with its PDF tools and worksheets. Your files are delivered instantly after checkout, on the order page and by email. Nothing is shipped.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a SoloDads guide doesn't help you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no need to explain.

How to request a refund

1. Email help@solodads.com with the subject "Refund".
2. Include your order number, or the email address you used at checkout.
3. We'll reply within 2 business days and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear.

Good to know

• Refunds cover purchases made directly on solodads.com.
• Because the products are digital, there's nothing to send back.
• You're refunded the amount you actually paid, in the currency you paid in.
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase aren't eligible, unless the law in your country says otherwise.
• The files are licensed for your personal use. Please don't share or resell them.

Problems with your download?

If your files didn't arrive, a link expired or a PDF won't open, email help@solodads.com and we'll send them again right away. That's not a refund request, just a quick fix.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Customers in the EU and UK: because digital content is delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, but our 30-day guarantee still applies.
